Mass Media Product Launch

Orlando’s Hilton Bonnet Creek was the site of this mass media company’s all-important 4-day annual sales meeting. The 1,400-person event required management of 7 different rooms — 1 General Session room and 6 Channel rooms — each with its own dedicated production team.

Adding to the challenge was that each of the rooms had its own unique feel, purpose, and A/V design – all in support of stand-alone General Session.

Training seminars can be daunting and when they need to engage 800 people in a 6-hour block, they can also be challenging. To make the experience both engaging and productive, we rotated groups through 5 interactive tracks featuring gamification, touch screen Q&A, a binaural listening experience, a quiz corner with interactive app integration, and a virtual reality Product history tour.

Plexus provided a clear, user-friendly app to make the event experience seamless and flawless for each of the 1,400 attendees. The design and implementation provided timely registration services, event information, individual schedules, and facilitated movement between rooms over the 4-day gathering.
