
Plexus ProCast is a cost-effective webcasting solution that allows companies to deliver their meeting or event to their target audience without having to incur the cost of taking employees out of the workplace.
ProCast is an online multimedia presentation that can be streamed for live and/or on-demand viewing. The client then has the option of linking the live or on-demand streaming file utilizing their current website.
The on-demand feature can be available immediately following the end of the presentation. The streaming file will be hosted for 30 days and will consist of up to one hour of content. This package includes one live broadcast, 3 GB of storage and 25 GB of data transfer. Any additional needs will include an additional fee. We will supply one unedited master archive file of the streamed event on DVCAM and DVD. Tracking information can be provided on the number of hits, amount of data being transferred, and the average viewing duration.
